How gorgeous are these pieces of art from Natural Curiosities? They really are so amazing and so unique. I am particularly fond of these gold leaf pieces. Gold leafing really gives a piece so much warmth and depth rather than just flat gold paint. I can only imagine how amazing they are in person! I have two large canvases that I painted with layers and layers and layers of gold acrylic paint. I lived with them for some time but I just kept looking at them knowing that they needed something more. Well that something more was gold leaf! I covered each canvas completely with tiny sheets of gold leaf and the difference really is night and day. And now I am in love with them. Although, I am pretty fond of the Cartier Heart Strings piece below too! Have you ever tried gold leafing something?

A Juju hat has been on my "wish list" for a while now and I haven't been able to stop thinking about them lately. I am pretty sure I need one immediately...it would be great over the bed! Or in the office...or anywhere! Isn't it the most perfect boho chic art accessory? Any good Juju sources?

Lonny - March 2013

As usual, the new issue of Lonny is filled with way to many gorgeous things and tons of inspiration. Lonny's editor in chief, Michelle Adams' Manhattan apartment really stood out. Her space is an absolute dream. I love the natural color scheme with a few little touches of color and little bits of leopard. And, hello, that bedroom...I mean, I hardly have words. It's just that fabulous. Definite inspiration for my office which I am in the process of redecorating!

I am sure you have seen Christine's blog Bijoue and Boheme and her gorgeous art shop wink of pink but if for some reason you aren't familiar with her work you really need to check it out. She is super talented and has quite an amazing eye (just look at her gorgeous home)! I would love to add one of her original pieces of art to my home (wish list)! And I especially love the gold edged frames available on the paintings, really adds a nice touch! Now, how do I pick a favorite?

Parisian Perch

L'wren Scott and Mick Jagger's Paris apartment is pretty much the epitome of Parisian chic. Just look at the chevron wood floors and all that gorgeous molding. The dining room is the perfect mix of classic and modern with the massive chandelier and sleek dining table and chairs. And how about the bedroom? Its absolutely perfect if you ask me!
