nude kiss

I really never would have thought I would be one to try the nude lip, but I did and I have to say I really like it. My color of choice is YSL rouge volupte lipstick in #2 sensual silk...and I have never been a fan of lipstick and have stayed away for years but so far I am loving my new YSL lipstick. I love that the nude lip is easy to wear, unlike red or another statement color (at least for me). What is your favorite lip color?

Jen's Pirate Booty (interesting name, I know) makes the most perfect casual beachy gauzy tops, tunics, skirts and dresses. The look is especially perfect for upcoming warm weather and frolicking on the beach (which I hope to be doing lots of in a few short months). Im also thinking about wearing one of these fabulous dresses for my May graduation...still have some time to decide though! Happy first day of Spring!!

white jeans

I have not been able to stop thinking about white jeans lately and am desperate to find the perfect pair...its a lot harder than I imagined! White is tricky and the material has to be just right, not too soft and not too stiff. But I love the look of white jeans and find that they pair perfectly with pretty much every style top...oversized sweaters, button ups, t-shirts and many more. Any tips for finding the perfect pair of white jeans?

one year

I just realized that I completely overlooked my little blog birthday (I should have been celebrating on Monday)! So heres a happy belated to my little ole blog. I never would have thought that starting a blog would have turned into all of this but I have enjoyed it so much and never could have imagined that I would. I started this blog as a place to catalogue all the pretty things I enjoyed looking at (and I was not yet a member of Pinterest at the time) and really had no expectations or ideas of what would happen but I have been pleasantly surprised so a big thank you to everyone who follows along!

As usual, the new issue of Lonny did not disappoint...at all. Seems like each issue gets better and better (if thats even possible). In case you haven't heard about it or seen it yet, the new issue of Lonny features Kelly Wearstlers beyond fabulous Los Angeles flagship boutique on Melrose Ave. Even the exterior is absolute perfection. I really don't think a boutique gets much better than this...

teeny bikini

I really could not have asked for a better weekend away (except maybe that it never ended), the weather was absolutely fabulous and I even have a bit of a sunburn to show for it. Warm weather and time away has made it even harder for me to focus on my last two months of school...now Im dreaming of Summer even more than I was before. And what says Summer more than the perfect bikini? Now its all I can think about, specifically a mara hoffman bikini!!
