Are you feeling faux fur for Fall (not a fan of real fur myself but do love the look that faux gives)? I have yet to take the faux fur plunge but think its about time. I am definitely a fan of the look and have seen some pretty cute options out this season. Not sure if I would go with a vest to throw over long sleeves and dresses or a cropped jacket to pair with skinnies and wedges? I am thinking that a vest would be easier to wear...And whats cozier than a faux fur throw? I have one on my living room sofa and one on my bed and they are the coziest ever! What kind of faux fur are you loving this season?
Oh, I love everything in this post. The gorgeous throw on the end of the bed has to be a favorite...I love the look and am just waiting for cooler weather to pull it out. xo
Okay I have that second jacket. It was a spur of the moment shag purchase and I've never regretted. Like you, I do love some faux. I have a big ol fur on my guest bed...and a few faux's in the closet. Sadly I caught myself thinking I need another the other day. Uh, stop it Carrie. Just.stop.
I swear we have the same closet. And like you, I haven't taken the plunge either. I'm chicken. Let me know when you do - and tell me which one! I liked the Sabine one on Piperlime in the brownish color but I think it's sold out!
I love these looks! I find that a lot of faux fur looks cheapie but when you layer it over sweaters and stuff that really elevates it. I have an old mink from my grandmother that I have cut up and made into a vest - can't wait to wear it! I know it's real - but it is old and already made and sentimental, so I'm using it... -e (modern24seven.blogspot.com)
