leather legs

I have to say that I really never would have imaged myself to be one to wear leather pants but this past weekend, that all changed after stopping by the current/elliott and joie sample sale. How could I possibly pass up worlds softest leather pants for $150. And did I mention that they really could not fit any better. The only problem is that now I want these pants in every color...would you give leather skinnies a try?

closet envy - aimee song

Um, how fabulous is Aimee Song's closet? It's obvious that she has enough gorgeous clothing and accessories to fill up an entire room but just look at what she did with that room (makes sense because she is an interior designer after all). Pretty perfect if you ask me. I especially love the glass door shoe storage and all her pretty little decorative accents! Definitely dream closet worthy...right?

Currently lusting after these gorgeous gold and black watches. I mean, they are pretty amazing right? They are just as classic as an all gold watch but have a little bit more edge...which I love! Just one more thing to add to the wishlist!

rue holiday 2012

My most favorite time of the year is here so I was thrilled to see the holiday issue of Rue magazine packed full of fun holiday ideas and pretty decorations! I particularly love swimwear designer Marysia Reeves New York loft and its no surprise that it is nothing short of fabulous when decorated for the holidays. The clean contemporary look of her swim and resort wear definitely translates into her gorgeous home! I especially love all of the natural elements and that adorable advent calendar! It's official, Thanksgiving has come and gone and now the holiday season is in full swing. If you didn't start your shopping this weekend then you better get started on it ASAP. I have been working on putting a list together and came across these fabulous "upcycled vintage ceramics" by Melody Rose. Wouldn't any one of these make for a perfect gift for that fabulous and funky person on your list? I am particularly fond of the skull wearing the crown!

rue - design within reach

How gorgeous is this Soho loft featured in the October/November 2012 issue of Rue magazine? I am so drawn to the massive windows, tall ceilings and the light and neutral colors. This space is pretty much perfect...I really can't get over all of these windows! Just imagine all that natural light that streams in each day. And that dining room table...swoon! Wish I was hosting Thanksgiving here!
